Value for money: This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices, especially considering the stunning view it provides.
Noise disturbance: Although overall satisfactory, the hotel could improve by minimizing noise disruptions, especially during late hours.

Large room with fast free wifi connection. View from 5th floor breakfast cafe.
This hotel was created in a building that had been a private hospital. You can see it in the unusually wide coridors and desine. It feels more like a university hall of residence than a hotel.

I liked the from hot chocolate I was given on my arrival as was shattered from walking the wrong way to the hotel. The mattress was very comfortable.
I would have liked a room with a view but was told I should have requested one on booking it. Do ask to be on the front of the hotel over looking the sea. Also take the 42 straight fron the airport and get off at the first bus stop once through the tunnel.

The room was super comfortable and warm. The view of the city from the hotel was mind-blowing, especially when watching the northern lights. The breakfast room had a jaw-dropping scenery. The small kitchen on the 3rd floor was really useful. The service was GREAT, with friendly and helpful staff. The shower was awesome - very warm and spacious. Plus, free coffee and tea in the lobby at all times. The gym downstairs was an added bonus.

Price was good. Postives are that it was very quiet and desk staff was helpful. Parking was free and views from breakfast room were good (when it was open...we tried to go up at night to see the midnight sun, but it was off limits after breakfast).
Room and breakfast were only fair. It's part of a hospital, so the decor was sterile. Breakfast was only mediocre. Service in room was limited, such as our beds were not made and we ran out of soap and cups.

Good breakfast!
Poor hotel at which I would never stay again! It's more of a hospital waiting room rather than a hotel.

This hotel, situated on top of a small hill just under the hill, offers rooms with a wonderful view of the town. The upgraded bathrooms are a nice touch, and the floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide a beautiful view. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the stunning views.
All was satisfactory.

Great view from the breAKFAST room
On arrival I was told my room had been given out because the city was full for a large conference; I also heard this happened at another hotel; they obvioulsy do this regularly, and have a well rehearsed drill to set up conference room with sofa beds, and I had to use the shower in their swimming pool; so despite 'guaranteed room' (by visa booking) this was very poor. They rectified it for the 2nd night.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff provided me with useful information about the city's attractions and were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located, allowing me to walk to the city center in just a few minutes. Additionally, it had excellent facilities such as a gym, pool, and small kitchen on every floor.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The rooms are very neat and clean. The view from our room overlooked the city and mountains and it was fabulous. They provided a very lovely breakfast and once again the view over the city and mountains were great! The hotel caters more for the elderly as it is more of a spa and wellness center, but it was worth staying there. The hotel is in walking distance of the center of Tromso.
We were allowed to use the heated pool only in the evenings.

Although our booking was somehow cancelled the hotel staff were extremely helpful in finding us a room in their hotel to stay in for the night. All hotels in Tromso were fully booked because of the Midnight Sun Marathon and without their help we would have been out on the street

Comfortable room. Nice location, few minutes walk to the center of Tromso. Beautiful view from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room on the top floor with the best view. Modern and clean property with a medical clinic. Small kitchenette on each level with necessary amenities. Amazing view over Tromso from the level 5 cafe. Free use of the pool and workout rooms. Soft beds for a good night's sleep
Felt very comfortable, no complaints at all.

Quiet and peaceful. Not very far from the citycenter. View is nice. Indoor pool and gym are a big advantage for those looking such facilities.
It's not really a hotel but could be better described as a guest house. No coffee/tea in the room. Reception closes at 10pm. There is a vending machine for coffee/tea in the reception area.

Great View and Comfortable Room
I recently stayed in a hotel that boasts a magnificent view of the city. The room was cozy and comfortable as well. I appreciated the small kitchen on the third floor and the convenience of having multiple outlets in the room. the hotel was located on a hill which made the view even more spectacular.
I was also disappointed by some aspects of my stay. The service was lackluster, and I had trouble reaching someone at check-in.
